We prioritize transparency and compliance in every order. All our 8620 alloy steel is available with BS EN 10204 3.1 mill certification to verify chemical composition and mechanical properties. Please specify your certification requirements when consulting with our technical sales team to ensure full traceability for your project.

Industrial Applications & Versatility

Commonly utilized in the automotive and heavy machinery sectors,

8620 is the go-to carburizing grade for parts subjected to high friction and impact. Its unique properties make it ideal for:

Power Transmission: Differential ring gears, transmission gears, and spline shafts.

Precision Components: Camshafts, piston pins, and steering worm gears.

Industrial Fastening: High-strength fasteners, carburized chains, and heavy-duty pins.

Precision Supply & Custom Specifications

We maintain a comprehensive stock of 8620 round bars in annealed condition to

facilitate easier machining before the final hardening process.

Our facility provides precision sawing services, allowing us to deliver custom-cut lengths for single prototypes

or high-volume industrial batches.

Available Diameters: Stocked in sizes ranging from 20mm up to 350mm.
